Life is Dance

Being alone is wonderful when you truly have yourself as company 🌹❤️‍🔥

When you can create intimacy with your own being.

For that, the best training in my opinion is something so simple (though not necessarily easy): quieting the mind and returning to the body.

It may sound cliché. You may have heard it countless times — spiritual capitalism has sold you the idea in a thousand different ways — but it’s only when you remember the truth behind this wisdom, and actually live it, that you truly believe it.

Something happens when you finally cross that threshold: your heart begins to radiate peace.

For people with a lot of mental energy and sensitivity, the way of action that has helped me restore more balance in my system is precisely this:

To stretch, to do yoga, to swim — and above all, to dance until I feel joyfully exhausted, self-seduced, and connected to my Libran being ♎️💜

From there, I activate my body so much that the only thing left is to come back down to the ground — to let myself be held by the Earth, literally.

So perhaps my most practical (and least romantic) advice is this:

Get so tired that the only thing left to do is to pay attention to your breath.

Get so tired that your body temperature itself invites you to feel.

Use your sensuality. Use your creativity. Use your beauty — from your body, for your body’s expression.

And from there, entering a meditative state 🧘🏻‍♀️ not only becomes easier — it happens naturally.

And once you’re there, once your nervous system has experienced it, expand that state throughout the rest of your day, your week, your year, your life…

and above all, expand it into your relationships, your connections, your environment — whatever it may be 🙌

I thank life for allowing me to reconnect with this wisdom — one that serves both to help us through the storms and to keep celebrating the everyday.

Everything is already given, everything is available.

In the end, we only need to remember: life is a dance.
