Letter to my Source

Source…
forgive me for the times
I took my life for granted.
For the times I did not rise
to my full potential—
out of fear of rejection,
out of fear of abandonment.
I see now…
the only way I can be abandoned
is when I forget You,
when I turn away from myself,
when I forget
that courage and love
are one and the same.
Forgive my confusion.
Forgive the hiding—
behind shelves,
behind shadows—
when my art,
my voice,
my healing
were most needed.
Forgive me
for not bringing the full weight of my love
into every moment.
Forgive me
for holding resentment
toward brothers and sisters
my ego once judged
as having “wronged” me.
Now I see clearly—
we are walking each other home,
back to the Source of Love
we came from.
You and I are one.
We will arrive—
sooner or later.
We are all helping each other,
one way or another.
There are no winners.
No losers.
No right or wrong.
No higher or lower.
We are an experiment of Love
in every shape,
every form,
every distortion.
It is a game.
It is a play.
It is a paradox.
It is an irony.
And we came here,
in full consent—
to play by the rules
at the level of the soul.
I choose to return
to the Source energy
I am.
I choose to embody
the deepest peace within me
and walk my path
from there.
I know—
it is not for “myself,”
for there is no self.
It is not a moralistic choice.
It is an energetic truth,
a metaphysical knowing:
we are one.
We are not separate.
And because my soul knows this,
I turn my attention
to the voice within—
softer, slower,
less euphoric than the ego,
yet holding
the pure truth.
I choose to live in that truth.
To embody it.
To breathe it.
To express it.
Thank You
for the miracle of life.
Thank You
for making me
an instrument
of Your divine play.
