10 birthday reminders

🎈 The world is random and bizarre AF — and I don’t have to perform perfectly. 👌🏼

🎈 The old paradigm associates “winning” with performing (and performing better than others).

My new paradigm: it’s all about feeling, about genuinely having fun.

Life gets way less stressful when you remember your true nature has always been to play and enjoy — and that’s the truest, simplest, biggest WIN of all. ❤️‍🔥

🎈 Adulthood and maturity have nothing to do with age.

They’re about owning your shit, staying committed to your values, and recognizing when you’re not — then realigning, in whatever way works for you.

🎈 The worst feeling of all: waiting for your life to start.

Today I can finally acknowledge — I’m not doing that anymore. 🌈

🎈 Heaven is already here.

Heaven is taking yourself with humor, over and over again.

I want to die from a laughter attack on my 150th birthday.

🎈 There’s nothing more spiritual than admitting when you’ve been wrong.

And I’ve been wrong about so many things — mainly about the source of my suffering.

Turns out, 90% of it was in my mind all along.

Stories we tell. 🌱

🎈 As a child, you weren’t responsible for what happened to you — and of course, it wasn’t your fault.

But as an adult, you are the only one responsible for keeping your vibration as high as you can.

That often means assigning new meaning to old stories — and that process is a huge part of what we call “maturing.”

🎈 I’m a natural storyteller — I have the power to assign meaning to the people and things I encounter.

When I’m aware, I can play with that.

When I’m not, I get lost in the story — probably attached.

The good news? I also have the superpower to give stories a healthy ending: we can transform drama into art. Uf!

🎈 Sometimes, a good nap fixes everything.

Also — we’re mammals. We were never meant to sleep alone...

🎈 One orgasm a day keeps the doctor away. 🌺😏 (or so they say)

🧝🏽‍♀️ May all my millennial fellows absorb my new-age wisdom today 🧜🏻‍♀️

So be it. 🤍
